Returns and Order Information

Cancelling Your Order:

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been packed and shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at artvioprints@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing the order, and provide us with your order code and the request for cancellation. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that it is always possible to cancel the order. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can return it for a refund (subject to our Returns Policy below).

Damaged or Incorrect Order:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at artvioprints@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returning Purchased Items:

To return an item, contact us and return your order within 21 days of receiving it. Please return the item to our UK address in its original packaging, unmarked and in the same condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For framed artworks and exchanged items, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds:

If you need a refund for a damaged item, please email us at artvioprints@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your returns query, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be given the option of either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement order which replaces the damaged items. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
